A regular invoice is issued for each product and retained for warranty purposes. The invoice is sent as an email attachment to your registered email address on the day we ship. Please open the attachment, print it and keep it.
Our warranty terms and conditions set out below are in compliance with the provisions of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 – Articles 128 et seq.).
The current consumer protection regulations governing the warranty for products affected by a manufacturing defect provide for the replacement of the product with a new one or, alternatively, the repair in a workmanlike manner if the replacement is too costly for the seller.
How to replace a product under warranty
If the product is new and has never been used (i.e. the malfunction has occurred since receipt), we will replace it in the following way:
-we carry out the initial checks via telephone or e-mail support; the main problems, the less complex ones, are often resolved through simple telephone support provided by our specialised technician, who explains and resolves the most common errors made in assembling or putting the product into operation.
-In the event of a negative outcome of the above, we proceed to collect the product by sending one of our couriers at our expense;
-upon receipt, the product and the existence of the problem will be checked to ensure that it is not due to incorrect assembly or commissioning;
-sending the replacement product at our expense.
The replacement product is always sent after the defective product has been collected, without exception.
Procedure for warranty claims in case of payment by PAYPAL
If the customer has paid for the product with PayPal and no more than 6 months have passed since the payment, the warranty claim procedure will be more elaborate, and to activate a warranty claim the consumer must open a “dispute” in his PayPal account, where he will specify the problems occurred to the product (attaching photos or other material if the type of problem requires it), specifying the request for warranty service to the seller.
We will then proceed to collect the product for warranty service, for the replacement of the product according to the two methods described in the chapters above.
After 6 months from the payment (and within the 2 year period required by law), the warranty procedures will be the standard ones explained in the previous chapters.
